Architectural and Custom Furniture Design

This project involved renovation of an existing manufacturing loft to create the headquarters for this privately-held corporation. People-activity areas were arranged to take advantage of existing windows, while storage, copy machines, and central files were located to the interior. Ceilings were omitted in open office areas leaving sprinkler piping and the concrete structure exposed. More than 50% of the existing furniture was reused and inexpensive custom workstations were assembled from a plastic laminate carrel system. Existing files and metal storage systems were banked and recessed into the new partition layout. New seating was purchased for all personnel.
